Day 01: Indira Gandhi International Airport
On arrival at Indira Gandhi International Airport Terminal II you will be taken to your hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 02: In Delhi
After breakfast , full day city tour of Old and New Delhi. Old Delhi-The old walled city of Shahjahanabad built in the 17th century by Mughal Emperor Shah Jehan the one who also built Taj Mahal. First visit the biggest Mosque in Asia , Jama Mazjid and the Red Fort (the red sandstone wall of Lal Qila) with the beautiful marble Palaces inside. Raj Ghat –Mahatama Gandhi (The Father of Nation) was cremated after his assassination in 1948.
India Gate and the Presidential buildings, Rashtrapati Bhavan-The official residence of the president of Indian. Qutab Minar (Victory Tower)- The 240 foot tower built in 1190 to commemorate the arrival of Islam in India, is fine example of Afghan architecture. Humayans Tomb, a beautiful mausoleum built by a wife for his beloved husband.
Day 03: Delhi - Amritsar (by train)
After breakfast transfer to the Railway station to board train for Amritsar, the city of The Golden Temple. On arrival in Amritsar check in at your hotel. Later in the afternoon depart by surface to see Flags ceremony. Waga Border about 30 minutes before sunrise and sunset, the guards on each side of the boarder assemble to parade and preen themselves in an immaculately turned out display of synchronized marching and bellowed military commands. The flags of each country is then carefully raised or lowered and the gates are opened or slammed shut.

Day 04: Amritsar
After breakfast visit « GOLDEN TEMPLE COMPLEX » the holiest shrine of the Sikh religion is in the centre of the old part of Amritsar. The temple’s architecture. After breakfast leave for a city tour of Manali-visiting the Dhungri Temple or Hadimba Devi temple a four storey wooden temple set within dense Pine forest and to the Naggar Castle to have a stunning view of the Valley.

Day 05: Amritsar - Dharamshala
After breakfast depart for Dharamshala – a hill station full of natural charm and beauty, situated in the Kangra Valley and spread over a height of 450 meters. Dharamshala is synonymous with the Tibetan Government in Exile The Dalai Lama’s Palace is next to his monastary at Dharamshala.

Day 06 : Dharamshala
Morning after breakfast spend the day visiting Kangra Art Museum, Tsuglagkhand Complex the official residence of Dalai Lama , a Tibetan Village and McLeod Gang , the head quarter of the Tibetan Government in Exile and one of the main traveler hang out in the Kangra Valley.

Day 07: Dharamshal - Manali
After breakfast drive to the northern end of the Kullu Valley, a new exciting destination. After breakfast depart for your new and exciting destination Kullu and Manali. On arrival check in at your pre booked hotel. Manali is a major resort in the Kullu Valley. Manali means home of Manu. . Legend has it that manu, the Noah of Hinduism, stepped off a boat in Manali to recreate human life after floods had divested the world.

Day 08 : Manali
Superbly sited on a hilltop overlooking the village and now would proceed on to Hemis, one of the largest and most important Gompas in Ladakh, with its excellent library, wall paintings and Buddha figures.

Day 09 : Manali-Keylong
Morning start your drive through the Rohtang Pass to Jipso visiting the Gompa (monastery) of Khardong en route to Keylong.. Keylong is a reasonable place to break up the journey from Leh to Manali.

Day 10 : Keylong-Sarchuu
Aftr breakfast depart for Sarchu, the drive to the height barren mountains of the Ladakh Valley. On your way cross over the Baralacha la. It is here that roads from Lahaul , Spiti, Zanskar and Leh meet. Reach Sarchu Camp.
Overnight in Camp.
Day 11 : Sarchu-Leh
After breakfast drive for full day to Leh. Geographically and culturally, Leh is very much a part of Tibet and Tibetan influence pervades this desert land.

Day 12 : Leh
Morning in Leh kept free for the purpose of getting acclimatized to the heights and weather. Afternoon do a sighseeing tour to Shankar Gompa, Shantistupa and Leh Palace.

After breakfast full day sightseeing to Shey, old summer palace of the Kings of Ladakh that was built about 560 years ago. It has a 12 meter high seated Buddha image. From here proceed to Thiksey, the monastery is very picturesque and superbly sited on a hilltop overlooking the village and now would proceed on to Hemis, one of the largest and most important Gompas in Ladakh, with its excellent library, wall paintings and gri Temple or Hadimba Devi temple a four storey wooden temple set within dense Pine forest and to the Naggar Castle to have a stunning view of the Valley.

After breakfast start a full day excursion visiting the monastery of Likir and Alchi to see the gigantic painted clau statues of Buddha, carved arches and old paintings.

Day 15 : Leh - Delhi (flight)
After breakfast your are transferred to the airport for flight to Delhi. Please note that the Leh flight is purely dependent on the weather conditions. In Leh, in case of cancellation you will have to try for the next day flight. We take no guarantee of the flight.
